Content Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Lead to lead offline marketing initiatives for our Vidyapeeth centers in Durgapur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns, organizing educational seminars, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and local stakeholders.
Lead and execute offline marketing strategies to drive student acquisition and brand awareness in Durgapur.
Drive BTL campaigns including pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, street activations, and local outreach.
Organize and manage seminars and workshops in educational institutions, including coordinating with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
Collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Build brand visibility and trust within the local student and parent community.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
~4-7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education or consumer industry.
~ Strong network in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes) in West Bengal is an advantage.
