**Position Title**: Telemarketer
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

As a Telemarketer for our training institute and consultancy, you will play a vital role in promoting our services, attracting new clients, and nurturing relationships with existing ones. Your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students and businesses, provide them with information about our training programs and consultancy services, and convert leads into enrollments or consultancy partnerships.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- A passion for education and professional development.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and meet targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
