Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and setting appointments. A strong communicator with a positive attitude and excellent persuasion skills will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to individuals and businesses to promote products or services.
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer details.
- Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer interest.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide relevant information or escalate as needed.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with sales techniques and call center environments.
- Fluency in Telugu, English languages.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
