Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate inquiries and leads.
- Maintain and update the database of leads and inquiries.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
- Schedule counseling sessions or appointments for walk-ins/online meetings.
- Work closely with the admissions/marketing team to meet enrollment targets.
- Maintain call records, daily reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Intermediate (any discipline).
- Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
