**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and process Workers Comp
- Policy Admin tasks efficiently.
- Oversee new business processes within the Workers Comp domain.
- Handle Workers Compensation
- Claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Cisco Webex Calling for effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain and update records using MS Excel.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on process performance and outcomes.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Cisco Webex Calling and MS Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
- Have experience in Workers Comp
- Policy Admin Workers Comp-New Business and Workers Compensation
- Claims.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Show attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
