**Job Title**: US Telecom/Banking Blended Process Executive
**Process Type**: 70% Chat & 30% Voice
**Location**: Work from Office, Noida

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries and concerns effectively via chat (70%) and voice (30%) channels.
- Provide excellent service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accuracy in responses and adhere to process guidelines.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent service quality.
- Manage multiple tasks and support customers across rotational shifts.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
- **Experience**:

- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

**Work Conditions**
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
- **Transportation**: No cab facility available.
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office.

**Salary Details**
- ₹45,000 CTC
- ₹38,400 in-hand salary
- ₹40,000 CTC
- ₹33,400 in-hand salary

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
