**Salary**: 19,014/- CTC & 15,468/- Take home.

**Shift timings** : 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )

6 day's working & Rotational weekoff

**Work location** : Hebbal, Bangalore.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the

time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Manage large inbound calls.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take an extra mile to engage customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
