Position Title:
Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
The Position is the prime contact for Momentive sample order related activities and management of the Customer requests. The position implies to provide best in class / excellent customer service for external customers and business partners (distribution) by utilizing excellent, business knowledge; Products knowledge and Order to Cash process
- Closely collaborating with ad hoc departments: SI OP; Logistics; Quality as examples - non exhaustive list.

**Job Description**:
- The Customer Service Rep /Inside sales role creates and manages the sample orders and manages the customer information for the TIER 1 types of demands (product documentations, technical data sheets, MSDS, certificates) As needed, this position drives the connection of customers with key business partners within the organization. Efficiently process Order-to-Cash activities for sample orders - from prospects / customers demands through sample order creation until order confirmation; Execution as a focus, using mainly SAP & Salesforce tools.
- Keep clients informed proactively about the sample order status and the status of their requests and take appropriate actions to maximize Momentive ability to Serve.
- Act as the front line business role (aside commercials) for all inquiries related to products, service and supply chain to ensure full satisfaction of customers on products, services and features.
- Analyze data from SAP reports to identify open issues and take action.

Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
