Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated professional with 3–4 years' experience in
Customer Service & Pricing
for a Liner company. The role involves handling customer coordination, managing bookings, and supporting pricing activities to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day customer service including enquiries, bookings, and documentation support.
  • Coordinate with trade, operations, and overseas offices for smooth execution of shipments.
  • Support pricing desk in preparing freight rates, quotations, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and provide inputs to maintain competitiveness.
  • Handle customer complaints/escalations and ensure resolution within timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years' experience in
    Customer Service & Pricing
    in Liner / NVOCC industry.
  • Good understanding of ocean freight, trade lanes, and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
