**Responsibilities**:

- Trains graduates on professional communication skills such as verbal and written communication.
- Conduct group discussions and interviews and provide feedback to the students.
- Provide the roadmap to improve the soft skills of professionals.
- Understand the roadblocks to personal development and work on solutions for individuals and cohorts.
- Use tools to measure and enhance soft skills development.
- Interact with the placement team to understand the gaps in soft skills.
- Set up the processes and tools to make soft skill development an integral part of EdYoda programs.
- Conduct psychometric evaluation at scale and derive insights.
- Experience in the soft skills coach/trainer capacity.
