**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other IT professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously improve delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
- Oversee testing and validation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or IT delivery roles.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, or similar).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, or software development.
- Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards.
