We are seeking a **Back Office Executive** to handle various administrative and support tasks for our team. The role involves coordinating with the sales and marketing team, maintaining customer databases, managing records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling with Customers**: Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- **Coordination with Sales & Marketing Team**: Assist and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth flow of information and timely follow-ups.
- **Maintain Database of Customers**: Keep an up-to-date customer database, ensuring all contact details and interaction history are recorded accurately.
- **Research on Specific Customer Segments**: Conduct research to identify specific customer segments and gather valuable insights for targeted marketing efforts.
- **Maintain Work Order Files**: Organize and manage work order files, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- **Attain IndiaMart Calls & Maintain Records**: Handle calls and inquiries from **IndiaMart**, and maintain records of all customer queries and responses.
- **Send Dispatch Details to Customers**: Send timely dispatch details to customers, ensuring they are informed about delivery status and schedules.
- **Send Introduction Letters**: Prepare and send introduction letters to potential customers, establishing professional relationships and company credibility.
- **Follow Up for Payments & Maintain Records**: Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain accurate records of payment status.
- **Other Administrative Tasks**: Assist seniors with other administrative duties as required to support the team’s operations.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: DME, BE, BCA, BCS, BSc (Computer Science) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the mechanical industry or in an administrative role.
- **Language Skills**: Preferably fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with different teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good research and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
