**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Sales and marketing activities for the States.
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of Area Sales Manager/ territory

managers.
- Driving the sales activities for achieving the monthly, quarterly and

annual targets.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in

assigned market.
- Responsible for primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring the brand presence

in defined markets.
- Plan for the monthly and quarterly business.
- Plan for Trade activation business and overall sales.
- Identifying potential towns and appointing distributors and super

stockists (trade) in line with business philosophy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly Sales targets by

promoting companies' services ethically to customers as per the business plan.
- Recommend appointment of a party as a distributor after evaluating its

commercial standing, creditworthiness, and personal assets
- Ensure stock and sales statements have been sent by the distributors on

due date
