**Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Guidance and Support**

Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and career goals.

Help students identify their strengths, weaknesses, and academic interests.

Provide information on different programs, courses, and opportunities available.

**2. Personalized Counseling**

Offer individualized counseling based on students' academic and personal needs.

Understand the unique needs and challenges faced by each student, including learning difficulties or personal struggles.

**3. Goal Setting and Tracking Progress**

Set measurable academic and career goals with students.

Regularly monitor student progress, offering feedback and adjustments to their plan as needed.

**4. Providing Resources and Support**

Connect students with resources like study materials, tutoring services, and extracurricular activities.

Coordinate with other staff to ensure students have access to necessary support, both academically and personally.

**5. Administrative Tasks**

Keep accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and development plans.

Prepare reports on student outcomes and participate in meetings to discuss student progress and development.

**6. Student Engagement and Motivation**

Motivate students to stay committed to their academic goals.

Organize events, workshops, or webinars that help build students’ academic and personal skills.

**7. Communication and Follow-Up**

Maintain consistent communication with students, ensuring they stay informed of deadlines, academic requirements, and program changes.

Follow up regularly to check on their well-being and progress, adjusting support as needed.

**8. Career Guidance**

Offer guidance on potential career paths based on students' academic achievements and interests.

Assist students in finding internships, job placements, or further studies options in line with their aspirations.

**9. Collaboration with Faculty and Staff**

Work closely with academic staff, faculty, and administrative teams to support the overall academic environment.

Share insights on students’ needs to enhance curriculum or support offerings.
