As a Telecaller in the Sales Department at Kia Aman, your primary responsibility will be to conduct feedback calls to Kia customers to gather insights about their experience with our products and services. Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound feedback calls to Kia customers to collect their opinions and feedback regarding their experience with our products and services.
- Follow a structured script to ensure consistency in gathering feedback and addressing specific areas of interest.
- Listen attentively to customers' comments, concerns, and suggestions, and record them accurately for analysis.
- Provide excellent customer service during feedback calls, addressing any queries or issues customers may have with professionalism and empathy.
- Document feedback and insights obtained from customers in the CRM system or designated database for further analysis and action.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, such as Sales, Service, and Marketing, to communicate customer feedback and implement necessary improvements.
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics and trends based on feedback collected, and report findings to management regularly.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed dissatisfaction or unresolved issues to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling customer information and feedback data in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, and understanding of customer feedback processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service, telecalling, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers' concerns and feedback.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer feedback and data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling diverse customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work during flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Genuine interest in customer satisfaction and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
