JOB DESCRIPTIONS
TELESALES & CALL CENTER AGENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management and resolution of customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide service information to customers
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken according to standard operating procedures.
- Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Upsell our services
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about services or the company
- Pre-qualifying prospects to make the work of sales teams easier
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Complete call logs and reports
- Promote property services and facilities management services
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously and resolves minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer
- Must be comfortable navigating/ learning multiple computer systems
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Proven experience as Call center agent, tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kirkee Cantt, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
