**Job Overview**:
We, at FutureAnalytica (FA), are looking for charismatic, smart and energetic SDRs to join our team, where you will:
a. Connect with prospects/clients
b. Communicate what FA does
c. Understand & Assess their requirement(s)
d. Qualify the lead (qualifying Qs will be provided)
e. Set up a meeting with the sales and FA leadership team
f. Update the CRM with appropriate lead status, notes, etc.

a. First-class communication (American accent & nuances preferred)
b. Superb interpersonal & probing skills, with a cat-like curiosity to know/learn more
c. Knack to perform both individually, and collaboratively as a team
d. An advanced-level common sense, and business acumen
e. Amazing wit, great sense of humor, assertiveness, and lateral thinking

**Educational Qualifications & Other Skills**:

- Proven experience as an appointment setter (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Ability to multitask, along with being a natural problem solver/mitigator, and a solution giver
- Excellent telephone etiquette and sharp business acumen
- Flexible and able to manage unexpected changes
- A bachelor’s degree will be considered IF you meet all the skill & experience requisites, though a full-time Master’s degree in business management or tech from a Tier-A institution is preferred

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
