**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Outreach**:

- Identify and research potential business clients in various industries requiring UPS services.
- **Appointment Setting**:

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.
- Ensure meetings are aligned with the sales team’s availability and priorities.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads, prospects, and scheduled meetings.
- Track the progress of outreach and appointment-setting campaigns.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize on lead generation initiatives.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach efforts, appointment conversion rates, and overall performance metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related field (preferably within the tech or service industry).
- Ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of UPS systems or technical services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English is essential, Hindi and Malayalam is preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
