**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Teiox IT Solutions. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and closing deals. This is a full-time position based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, with an expected experience level of 1 to 3 years.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in business development or sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment
- Experience in cold-calling and lead generation
- Knowledge of online lead generation and digital marketing strategies
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's products and services
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry developments and undertake continuous professional development
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials to support sales efforts

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
