**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions and services
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, pricing, and client queries
- Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions and progress
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Research and stay updated on market trends and competitors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to handle client objections and close sales effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of IT services, web development, or digital marketing industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in international client handling is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
