About Us
We are a growing recruitment consultancy, helping businesses find the right talent efficiently. To expand our client base, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us generate business leads and close deals.
Job Responsibilities:
Work on the data provided by the company to connect with potential clients.
Make outbound calls to explain our recruitment services to decision-makers.
Identify prospects, understand their hiring requirements, and pitch our consultancy services effectively.
Coordinate with our internal team to set up discussions or share proposals with interested clients.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and lead progress.
Support in closing deals to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR services is an advantage but not mandatory.
A phone, internet connection, and a quiet place to work.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role.
Earn a fixed percentage commission for every successful deal closed through your efforts.
