**URGENT HIRING FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE **

**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Excellent verbal and written communication required (Preferred - English)
- For Voice - Focus in fluency + Strong stability.
- Should be fine with working from office.
- Only Graduates (No Btech/BE) can apply. Also Freshers who have graduated can apply.
- Age should be 18+ years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,500 per month.

**Schedule**:

- Rotational shift.
- 5.5 working days.

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Travel Allowance.
- Yearly bonus.
- Performance bonus.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- **Gurgaon, Haryana** : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
