Production Support Oracle

**Role Objective**
**Production Support Oracle EBS v12.2.10 or above**
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Worked on Project Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets Modules
- Handling support issues related to Oracle Finance
- Worked with Oracle Support team in fixing data issues and unanticipated system issues.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Should have Process knowledge of P2P and O2C with Accounting
- Should be having good knowledge all financial module setups and its implications.
- Should have knowledge of System Administrator task related to Menus/Functions, Responsibilities, Users etc.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- should have good knowledge about SQL and DB tables in financials.
- Oracle fusion experience or training is plus.
**Role Requirements**
**Education**
- **B.Com/ CA / CMA / BTech / MBA Finance with Oracle ERP**
**Experience**
- 4 to 6 Years
**Primary Skills**
- In-depth understanding of Business Functional processes
- Oracle ERP - Financial
- Oracle Database, SQL/PL-SQL
- Reasonable experience to use tools like Toad, SQL Navigator, SQL Plus
**Certification**
- Oracle Financial - Certified is preferred but not mandatory
**Knowledge and Competence**
- Financial Accounting, AR, AP, GL, CM, PA, FA, System Administration, Financial Reporting
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
