**About the Role**:
We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive **Admin Executive & Telecaller** to be the first point of contact for our clients and to help manage day-to-day operations at our mental health clinic. This role is perfect for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and confident with both communication and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling & Client Communication**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Clearly explain services, timings, and procedures to new and existing clients.
- Maintain a polite, respectful, and empathetic tone with clients at all times.
- Coordinate with therapists for schedule availability and client needs.

**Administrative Support**
- Manage front-desk responsibilities, including welcoming clients and maintaining a calm, organized waiting area.
- Maintain appointment calendars, update booking systems, and manage cancellations/rescheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups.
- Assist with invoicing, receipts, and basic data entry.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks like filing, printing, stock checks, etc.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (clinic/healthcare setup preferred but not necessary).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Good phone etiquette and people skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Google Calendar, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Empathy and respect for confidentiality in a mental health setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
