Receptionist and Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain product/service features and benefits to prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking tone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Previous sales or call center experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the industry/product (optional - you can specify based on your company).
