**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Location**: Nagpur, Maharashtra.
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform telecalling duties such as:
- Making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients/customers.
- Following up on inquiries, leads, and appointments.
- Providing basic information about company services/products.
- Recording call details and maintaining follow-up schedules.
- Manage front desk activities including visitor log, courier handling, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Receptionist, Telecaller, or in a customer service/front office role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Confident in handling phone calls and customer interactions.
- Positive attitude, good organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and polite demeanor.
