- Education: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Job location: Motiaz Royal Business Park, Zirakpur, Punjab
- Package: 23-25k p.m. + Lucrative Incentives
- Full time, Work from Office,
- 5 Days working, Day Shifts
- Shift timings: 9 am to 6 pm
- Basic Target of doing 2 projects per month as a Bidder *Mandatory skills:*
- Excellent Communication skills (Written and verbal skills).
- Good in Client handling and Bid Management
- Expert in Proposal writing.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder in the IT or services industry.
- Strong knowledge of bidding portals and their working mechanisms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.).
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective proposals.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. *Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Maintaining strong customer relations
- Identify potential clients and opportunities through various online channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.).
- Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver accurate estimates.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, generate new leads & convert into sales.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
