**1. Identify and Analyze Opportunities**: The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential clients and projects on online platforms. This includes analyzing project requirements, client profiles, and competition to determine the best approach for bidding.

**2. Create and Submit Proposals**: The Online Bidder will prepare and submit detailed proposals to clients, highlighting our services, expertise, and competitive advantage. This involves crafting compelling content, pricing strategies, and timelines to win projects.

**3. Negotiate Contracts**: The Online Bidder will negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and successful project execution. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections are essential for this role.

**4. Build and Maintain Client Relationships**: The Online Bidder will build and nurture relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring project success. This includes regular communication, updates, and feedback collection.

**5. Stay Updated with Industry Trends**: The Online Bidder will stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt bidding strategies and improve win rates. Continuous learning and professional development are key aspects of this role.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Experience**: Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT or digital services industry is preferred. Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru is highly desirable.

**2. Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating persuasive proposals, engaging with clients, and negotiating contracts effectively.

**3. Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to assess project requirements, evaluate competition, and develop winning strategies.

**4. Negotiation Skills**: The ability to negotiate contracts, handle objections, and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients is crucial for success in this role.

**5. Team Player**: The Online Bidder should be a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and contribute to achieving team goals.

**6. Tech-Savvy**: A good understanding of digital services such as Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and SEO is advantageous.
