IT Bidder

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, Software Solutions, etc.)
- Draft persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements
- Communicate with clients to clarify project scope and negotiate terms
- Collaborate with the technical team to estimate project timelines and cost
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads and conversions
- Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an online bidder or business development executive in an IT company
- Familiarity with bidding portals**:Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into layman’s terms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, ERP, Cloud, etc.)
- Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking
- Understanding of Agile project models
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,986.15 per month
