**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bidding on various online portals (e.g., Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer) to acquire new clients for the company.
- Handling technical questions and inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assessing client requirements and making informed decisions to meet their needs effectively.
- Communicating new product/project opportunities to existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, development) to ensure alignment and support in client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients through online platforms.
- Strong understanding of online bidding processes and best practices on platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Experience in the [Insert Industry/Field] is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:
