**Job Summary**
Responsible for handling managerial assistant duties, HR and administration duties, and front office desk.
You are the first person and sometimes the only person that people have contact with when getting in touch with our organisation and their initial judgments of our business are based on their experience with you. You are also the one point of contact for all our employees for assistance. Your appearance, manners, knowledge and helpfulness reflect on the entire company. You must maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality when communicating with anyone.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Office Assistance:
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Ordering office supplies
- maintaining contacts database
- handling petty cash
- Schedule meetings, Arrange appointments And Update appointment calendars. Including ensuring refreshments and other logistics are taken care of for buyer meetings.
- Directing Couriers and maintaining courier information
- Front Office Assistance:
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- sorting correspondence
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Ensure entrance and reception area is tidy and welcoming
- Take and relay messages
- In charge of our customer care number
- Route calls to specific people
- Handle inquiries about company
