**Job brief**
We are looking for a competent Customer Support Associate to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems to work from our Bangalore support center. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. This job involves help desk support and no travel required.

**Skill Requirements**
- Able to speak fluently in **Hindi and English** with international customers
- Ready to work in **Night** **shifts** to support US customers.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Prior experience as a help desk technician or any other customer support role.
- Freshers with above skills can also apply

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
