- Understanding of end to end phases of project delivery
- PM and PMO combo - who can step up to PM role
- Agille ways of working - Dashboards, QBRs, sprint planning, PI planning
- Strong stakeholder management
- Can explain with scenarios and can tackle scenario based qtns (can use STAR model).
- Good communication and articulation skills
- Good knowledge of JIRA and confluence. On JIRA, ticket creation, data extract, dashboard creations.
- OKR (benefits) understanding
- Good presentation skills
- Previous HSBC exp.

Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
