Greece and Portugal VOIS BeUnrivalled CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven PMO Specialist to support the Data Analytics function This role involves managing PMO services for key accounts automating processes supporting budget operations and ensuring compliance The individual will act as a central enabler for cross-functional teams facilitating onboarding training and capacity planning while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders What you will do Manage and enhance PMO services across accounts including automation and process improvements Oversee operations and programme budgets ensuring accuracy and compliance Facilitate onboarding mandatory training and team communications Support capacity planning and maintain team-level data Act as a liaison for resolving general work issues and coordinating with stakeholders Develop and deliver reports for leadership and project governance Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure programme alignment Ensure adherence to Agile and Safe Agile methodologies Who you are Strong PMO knowledge with 1 to 8 years of experience in project and programme management Skilled in stakeholder management communication and coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management Experienced in Agile environments and familiar with Scrum practices Scrum Master certification is a plus Knowledge of telecom domain and experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance HR and Sales Demonstrated ability to manage compliance audits and
