Customer Care Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with customers and potential clients to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Act as a liaison between the company and the clients
- Utilize various software and tools to track and manage customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of MS Office and customer relationship management software
- Call centre experience is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
