Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Billing Executive with a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in retail or supermarket billing operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient in handling POS systems, and capable of providing excellent customer service during checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process sales transactions using the billing/POS system.
  • Maintain cash, card, and digital payments efficiently.
  • Operate billing Counters and generate accurate invoices/receipts to customers.
  • Maintain daily billing reports and assist in closing cash registers.
  • Resolve Billing queries related to billing and pricing.
  • Maintain accuracy in item scanning, pricing, and discounts.
  • Coordinate with the store team for price verification, product issues, or stock concerns.
  • Maintain accurate Sales Records and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure Billing counter area is clean, Organized, and well- maintained.
  • Follow company policies of Billing, returns and Exchange.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Retail Billing /Cashier Operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS and billing systems.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts (including weekends/holidays).
