Shree Bajrang Motors Private Limited is an esteemed authorized service center for Ashok Leyland, dedicated to providing top-notch service and support to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented parts executive to join our dynamic team. As a parts executive, manage inventory of spare parts for Ashok Leyland vehicles in the service center. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure availability of required spare parts. Coordinate with suppliers to procure spare parts at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of inventory.
- Spare Parts sales & Purchase.
- Can Lead In stock audit.
- Prepare reports of daily activities.
- Monitor and ensure timely ordering of spare parts.
- Track all in-transit shipment.
- Prepare quotation for shipment.
- Prepare a quotation for the customer.
- Develop and improve the efficiency of the department.

**Skills Required**:

- Good Communication Skills.
- ABC FMS analysis.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and hard work with high patience.
- Excellent computing, especially on the Internet. MS Excel, Mail, etc.

**Education**:
Graduate / Post-graduate (any specialization).

Fluent in Related Computer Applications.
