Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Service

Engineer/Technician with a background in telecom services, capable of

servicing diesel generators across the entire Raigad District. The ideal

generators while providing excellent customer service. This role requires

extensive fieldwork, a valid driving license, and the ability to ride a motorcycle,

scooter, or bike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of diesel

generators at various locations within the Raigad District.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to diesel generators, ensuring

mínimal downtime for customers.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and

efficiency of diesel generators.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance

logs, repair reports, and parts used.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, providing on-site

support to customers.
- Coordinate with the technical support team and other departments to ensure

timely resolution of issues.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and

maintenance of diesel generators.
- Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to ensure

readiness for service tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all

service activities.
- Travel extensively within the Raigad District to meet service demands.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecom services, with additional experience in diesel

generator maintenance and repair.
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators and related systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues in

diesel generators.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driving license and capability to ride a motorcycle, scooter, or bike.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Raigad District.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
