**Why we need this role**
- The purpose of the role is to work on assigned HR related processes from end to end ownership perspective. Ensure adherence to established SLA for different HR processes
- Ensure that HR processes assigned have up to date documentation and backup planning to
ensure least person based dependencies
- Be a responsible team member and contribute in the team’s growth
**What you will do**
- This role involves working on different HR processes from Hire to Retire which includes New Starter creation, Offer letter release, Transfer & Promotion, Salary Changes, Termination, Absences and Visa letters.
- Managing Global Background Verification for all Colt Employees and have hands on experience on Vendor Management
- Have complete end-to-end ownership as well as understanding on the processes assigned. The incumbent should have operational knowledge about the different HR processes and understand its criticality.
- Will be responsible for maintaining & updating of process documents such as work instructions, SOP, Process Flow maps etc.
- Actively listen to others to understand their perspective and ensure continuous understanding regardless of communication channel or audience.
**What we're looking for**
- Skills & Experience- 2+ years of experience required in similar role
- Should be Post Graduate/Masters’ in Management with preferably a major in Human Resources
- Should have good working knowledge of MS office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Should have functional knowledge of one or more HR ERPs (like Success Factors, SAP etc.) and other downstream systems.
- Should have an eye for detail and always look out for process improvements and enhancements.
- Capability to identify issues within HR processes and propose effective solutions based on data analysis.
- Participation in initiatives aimed at improving HR processes or systems, demonstrating a proactive approach to enhancing HR operations.
