As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing them with information about our services, and addressing any queries they may have. Your role will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects during the night shift.
- Provide detailed information about services, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall performance and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
