**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understand the needs and career goals of prospective learners and provide tailored guidance to help them choose the right training programs.
- Regularly follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates and build strong relationships with potential learners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Gather feedback from learners to improve the sales process and course offerings.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell training programs and value-added services like certifications or career support.

**Qualifications and Key Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role in the EdTech or online training industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of trending technologies like AI, Data Science, and Cloud Computing is an added advantage**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
