**About the role**

The position is responsible to handle pressure and utmost conditions with a positive attitude. Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; managing staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- CSE is responsible for taking buyer, seller, and logistic calls.
- CSE is responsible for making outbound calls in case of follow-ups with the buyer, seller, and logistics.
- CSE is responsible for converting inquiry calls to sales.
- CSE is responsible for communicating with external coordinators (TX Warehouse) to resolve the cases.
- CSE is responsible for taking Website Chats.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Good Communication Skills.
- Time Management.
- Microsoft excel.
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
