**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote electrical cables and related products.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the production and supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to represent the company.
- Regularly prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in electrical, wires & cables, or related industry).
- Strong knowledge of cable products and electrical market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹11,423.05 - ₹56,650.66 per month
