**Major Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Carrying out market research to better understand typical consumer behaviour
- Reviewing our past efforts to identify areas of success and weakness that can guide future outcomes
- Creating marketing strategies that directly address the needs of both current and potential customers.
- Composing error-free copy that is well-written.
- Collaborating with graphic designers to enhance the deliverables' presentational arrangement.
- Keeping track of customers who have chosen to receive our correspondence in a database.
- Keeping track of and reporting on each campaign's effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or a related field is required.
- A record of accomplishment of developing innovative, high-impact marketing strategies.
- Prior knowledge of database management, preferably in a related position.
- Knowledge of relevant automation and performance evaluation programmes.
- Good marketing-specific project management abilities.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- The capacity to use teamwork to create carefully designed content.
- Drive, creativity, and dedication.
- Flexibility and willingness to put in additional time as necessary to finish projects on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
