We are seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Intern to support our business development and promotional efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in promoting property listings across online platforms and social media
- Support the sales team with client communications and lead follow-ups
- Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and pricing strategies
- Help organize open houses, property tours, and promotional events
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online ads
- Manage and update CRM systems with client and property information
- Track engagement and performance metrics of marketing initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Interest in the real estate industry and understanding of market dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
