Job Description for Admission Manager and Admission Counselors

**Position**: Admission Manager (1 opening) / Admission Counselor (2 positions)

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Industry**: Education (Designing Courses)

**Experience Required**: 2+ years

**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
## **1. Admission Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets for designing courses.
- Manage and oversee the admission team, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to promote the university and its courses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns for student enrollment.
- Analyze admission trends and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments for the admission process.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and admission software.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the education industry, especially designing courses, is a plus.
## **2. Admission Counselors**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide prospective students through the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about designing courses offered by the university.
- Address queries and concerns of students and their families professionally and empathetically.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of prospects.
- Assist in organizing admission events, including open houses, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the Admission Manager to meet team targets.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Passion for education and student success.

Preferred Qualifications (For Both Roles)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Marketing, or Management).
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education-related roles.
- Familiarity with the local education market in Ahmedabad.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
