Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and passionate
Admission Counsellors
to guide students and parents through the academic and exam preparation journey—primarily focused on
JEE/NEET
streams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counseling students for test prep programs and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents about career paths, entrance exams (JEE/NEET), and preparation strategies.
  • Provide in-depth guidance about courses, exam formats, timelines, and academic suitability.
  • Handle walk-ins, inbound leads, and outbound calls to drive admissions.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through structured counseling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update lead data through CRM tools or internal databases.
  • Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for admissions and lead conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in student counseling/admissions (preferably in JEE/NEET or test prep domain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or admission management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education background is an advantage.
