Position: Counsellor/ Sr. Counsellor (FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY)

Experience: 3+ Years

Position type : fulltime - Mon to Sat ( 10 to 6:30pm)

**Job Description**:

- Handle walk-ins and telephonic inquiries at the branch to guide potential students effectively.
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful admissions.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to raise awareness about TOPS courses, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to admission.
- Schedule batches for various courses offered by TOPS, keeping track of course timelines and updates.
- Address and resolve student queries, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Manage branch cash and cheque deposits in a timely manner.
- Motivate branch staff to achieve quarterly and yearly targets, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Oversee and maintain branch operations, including business-related and performance tracking reports.
- Ensure systematic tracking of inquiries, admissions, and overall business progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate in any stream.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Admission Counsellor: 3 years (preferred)
