**MAINTENANCE Associate**

**General Purpose of the Position**

The purpose of this position is to assist Cinema Manager/Maintenance Engineer in running the Cinema Operations, holding following responsibilities.
- Executing all SOP’s as per company Standards.
- Operating all Maintenance equipment’s.
- Electricity saving.
- Controlling breakdowns and R & M cost.
- Maintaining cleaning and sooth working of all Maintenance equipment’s.
- Repair and Maintenance of all equipment’s.
- Operating all Projection equipment’s.
- Operating sound system.
- Movie ingesting.
- KDM ingesting.
- Xenon lamp changing.
- Maintaining cleaning and sooth working of all Projection equipment’s
- Supporting operations team for smooth running cinema.

**Functional Areas / General Responsibilities**
- Customer Focus: Being present in the customer area during the shift hour to maintain the Lighting and air-conditioning.
- Safety & Security: Ensuring safety & security of the property all Maintenance & Projection related assets.
- Property Rounds: Round the property on daily basis and ensure all equipment’s working okay and faulty equipment repair same time.
- Maintaining & Controlling air-conditioning: Checked auditorium and lobby temperature on hourly basis and maintained cooling.
- Electricity units’ data: Taken electricity, DG and xenon lamp reading on daily basis and maintain daily consumption report.
- Information & Update: Inform to operation team, Maintenance Engineer and vendor in case measure breakdown happened in any maintenance & projection equipment’s. Update to senior after done the work.
- Fire & Safety: Checked all fire safety related equipment are working condition and testing on monthly basis.
- Movie content & KDM ingesting: Download the movie content and ingest KDM as per schedule.
- Movie play list creating: Create the movie play list as per requirement.
- Ingesting advertising: Ingesting ad as per ad schedule for all show.
- Reporting: Following the reporting & escalation matrix set by the organization.

**R&M Responsibilities**
- Maintaining & Controlling breakdowns of maintenance related equipment’s at the cinema level.
- Repair & Maintenance: Check all maintenance, concession & projection equipment and repair the same with spare parts.
- Preventive Maintenance: Done routine maintenance before measure breakdown and ensure all equipment’s smooth working on peak load.
- Done routine filter cleaning of Projector and clean and maintain all projection related equipment’s.
- Xenon lamp change: Change the xenon lamp as requirement.
- Complete the ppm task for all R&M related equipment’s as per schedule.
- Complete the task assign given by senior.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
