**Key Responsibilities/ requirements**:
1. _Financial Reporting:_
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

2. _Taxation and Compliance:_
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax assessments.

3. _Budgeting and Forecasting:_
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

4. _Internal Controls and Process Improvement:_
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial and accounting systems.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)**.
- **Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial sector.**:

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
